UNDERGRADUATE PROGRAM FORMS


 Instructions for Course Registration Permission Forms
  1. Student should pick-up a permission form from the slot in front of 432 Fletcher Argue Bldg. (bright pink form).
  2. Student completes the form and gets the signature of the instructor.
  3. Student brings the form to the Office Assistant or Administrative assistant in Anthropology who will arrange for a signature from the Department Head.
  4. Student picks up the form when signed.
  5. If the permission requested is for a pre-requisite waiver the student takes the form to their Faculty office.
  6. If the permission requested is for a full capacity waiver then the form MUST go to the Art’s Faculty office.

Once the form is complete by the student and signed by the committee members it must be submitted to the Anthropology Graduate Program Assistant for processing.
