TEAM ROLE: Project Designer / Sports Studio

As a project designer and project manager, Marcus is committed to collaborating with others in order to accomplish a common goal. His skills as a communicator, positive attitude, combined with his work ethic make this possible.

Organized and detail-oriented, he has the ability to multi-task and work with his team to meet the project schedule and budget requirements. His experience includes, master planning, building conceptualization and visioning, brand activation and sight line planning.

Marcus is an effective designer and project manager, and is well versed within a diversity of sectors such as Airports & Aviation, Commercial, Retail, Industrial, Sports and Recreation. Project work has included a variety of recreation building types from arena venues, aquatic centres, urban planning and public space development, elite sports training venues and community multi-use centres.

Along with his involvement in many high profile sports projects for Stantec Architecture his personal understanding of community level sports and recreation has developed from his passion and experience as both a participant and coach in hockey, soccer & basketball.
