Each association has received a Planning Guide which outlines the procedures for booking rooms, reserving audio-visual equipment, placing catering orders as well as listing other services available to associations. Please take note of the deadline dates for each type of booking.

All bookings for association meetings must be done through the association's Local Arrangements Coordinator. Individual delegates and speakers must contact their respective associations to arrange the services they need.
