Review Budget Adjustments

Select the Click here if you would like to return to the Menu option, located at the bottom of every FAST screen, to return to the Main Menu.

  1. Once your budget adjustment has been posted, you can review the adjustment by selecting the Document Query option found in the Desired Reports drop-down list.

  2. Select the ENTER button to go to the Document Look Up screen.

  3. Type in the Budget Adjustment number you want to review and select SUBMIT to view your document.
    You will be brought to the Document Lookup Results screen, which provides you with the details of the Budget Adjustment queried.

    You can now print the document or download it to Microsoft Excel by selecting the Download to Excel link.

    Tip: You can enter multiple document numbers by separating them with the semi-colon character “;”.
