Service is normally provided within 5-10 working days.  If service is required sooner than 5 days notice, service can be provided on an overtime labour basis.

Service charges are $40.00 - $130.00 per line plus monthly rental charges.  There is no charge for lines being deactivated.  There are charges for:

• all new installations;
• changes including Call Party Name Display and Voice Mail/Menus;
• moves to existing lines from one area to another.

The service charge is a flat fee for each work order processed for an individual line, so review your request to ensure all changes and/or new service is included on your original request form prior to submitting.

$40.00 - per request for all moves, adds, and changes.

$90.00 - additional charge if new wiring is required for a move or new installation.

Requests for telephone service are entered into our work order system. Bill notification is forwarded once the work has been completed, and charges will appear on your department budget.
