Create an IT ticket in the Service Catalogue. In order to use Crowdmark, you must complete an onboarding consultation and have permission from your faculty to use the software. After you have submitted your ticket, IST will contact you to begin the onboarding process.
If your issue is about how to use the system and your faculty has a peer group, contact your peer group. If your issue is technical in nature or you do not have a peer group, please contact the IST Service Desk at 204-474-8600.
You may choose to print and distribute exams yourself or follow your normal printing process. Please refer to these steps for printing using an external print vendor.
You may choose to scan and upload the exams yourself or for a large class or you can use IST Client Services to scan your exam, please follow these instructions here.
