IT governance

Our IT governance process provides strategic leadership for investments in information technology. It establishes campus-wide IT priorities and policies in accordance with the University Strategic Plan and is accountable to the university. Information about how to formally submit a proposal for a new initiative to the IT Investment Review Process is available on UM Intranet > About IST > IT governance.

IT relationship management

IT relationship management

Our IT Relationship Management team focuses on providing collaborative consulting and advising support to faculties, departments, units, staff, researchers, and students about their information management and technology needs. They help our colleagues identify business challenges, align them with existing services and navigate the IT governance process.
