Report equipment failures and malfunctions of multimedia equipment in classrooms and teaching theaters. IST will provide a quick return to service for any audio visual problems which may arise immediately prior to, or during, scheduled classes.

Getting Started
Create an IT Ticket to report equipment malfunctions which need immediate attention. 

If an issue is putting a classroom lecture at risk, please use the classroom phone.  Select “AV Help” to be immediately directed to the AV Help Line.
