A department may require a computer account dedicated to a specific departmental function. Use of this account is limited to the function for which it is assigned. You may request changes to an existing Departmental Function Account by submitting a service request.

Getting Started

  1. Download the Departmental Function Account Form
  2. Complete the form
  3. Add your form as an attachment to your IT Ticket or drop-off in person at the IST Service Desk
