The University currently provides Kaspersky AntiVirus software for use on all University owned Windows and Macintosh desktops, laptops and Windows servers. Under our agreement with Kaspersky, student and non-university owned equipment (i.e. personal laptops) are required to provide their own antivirus protection. Several options are listed below.
Once Kaspersky is installed, updates will be provided directly from University servers or, if you're off campus, updates will be automatically downloaded from the Kaspersky site.
I am a student/home and need Anti-Virus software, what should I do?
It is very important to have anti-virus software installed on your system. There are many products, both free and for purchase, which can be used to keep your system safe.
