T4/T4A Self-Service	Provide on-line access to T4/T4As for both staff and students.
Libraries
Reengineering Technical Services	Business process change that will require system config changes, data modifications, & interface changes
Unicode conversion	Convert Library system to use Unicode character sets (database project, not Unicorn system upgrade)
Research Services
InfoEd Development module	Acquire and implement new InfoEd Development module.
Student Affairs
Enrolment Services Strategy	Investigate opportunities to improve student recruiting and admission process.
Email addresses	Develop new interface to add UofM EMail Ids to Aurora (temporary load needed asap)
OCAS Modifications	Continue with adjustments to existing customizations and implement new requests.
Duplicate Ids	Implement software and procedures to clean-up and reduce duplicate student ids.
Web Tailor 8.3	Upgrade Web Tailor 8.3 to implement BSAC 8.2 SSB and new registration SSB features.
BSAC Upgrade	Upgrade Financial Aid software to version 8.3.1
BSAC Implementation	Implement remaining modules: Needs Analysis & Automatic Eligibility.
	Implement student SSB functions in Jump Portal
Standardized Letters	Automate the production of the standardized Admissions letters and ELC Letter of Acceptance.
Navitas - ICM students	Must have a method to track ICM students over time and must facilitate participation on campus - library, athlettics, etc.  If Person - use Legacy field of Common Type.  Challenge will be to communicate this to affiliate systems.  If Student, challenge will be to a) appear as active student to affiliate systems, b) not be included in reports and processing, c) not be de-activated due to no registration.
Document Imaging	Implement Xtender application for scanning student files and incoming documents.
Advisor Histories	Develop student histories for advisors along with ability to print on local printers.
SORLFOS and SORLCUR records	Multiple SORLFOS and SORLCUR records as a result of batch process in OCAS being used to feed multiple admissions into Banner at one time.  We will need clean up.
Implement diacritics codes from McGill	Function was built in B6 Next or Test
Investigate use of STVRECR (Recruiter)   and STVRTYP (Recruit Type)	SRARECR (Recruit Prospect Information) form to load and track students who are affiliated with external recruiters.  Information should be loaded to OCAS and mapped to this form to enable post-registration follow-up and payment of commissions.  The recruiter field will be mainly used to identify students by recruitment agent, calculate tuition fees to determine agent commissions.  May also be used to identify students studying under new Sedaya contract for both revenue sharing and commissions.
Extended Education	Conduct Fit/Gap assessment to use Banner for Non-Credit Courses; Covert Sybase to Oracle

Course Mgmt/Delivery	Look into alternative software solutions or services

Pandemic Planning	Construct a set of procedures to maintain application systems in the event of severe staff shortages.
