Application Support - Teams
Application Support is made up of various teams that provide support for each of its areas of responsibility.
Areas of Responsibility:
Application Support Manager:

Monitoring project time lines and budgets.

Coordinating technical teams, client offices and vendors.

Ensuring integration of systems.

Determining the impact that the operational systems and new projects will have on department and University resources, including staffing and hardware/software requirements, and advising management of these requirements.
- Client Support Team - Application experts, working with client offices to analyse, design and implement solutions to packaged systems or provide integration between applications.

- Development Team - Develop packages, bolt-ons, reports and interfaces to provide additional functionality for the packaged systems
