Go to File -> Account Settings and click on Account Settings

Go to the Address Books tab
Click the New button
Select  Internet Directory Service (LDAP) and hit next

Under Server Information type direct.cc.umanitoba.ca as the server name

Click the More Settings button
You will prompted that Outlook needs to restart for changes to take effect. Hit ok.

Go to the search tab
Select custom search
Enter o=University of Manitoba,c=CA

Hit Ok
Hit Next
Hit Finish
Hit Close
Restart Outlook 2010
You are now done creating the LDAP
