The University of Manitoba offers two different calendar applications, JUMP and Oracle Calendar. Both applications facilitate access from any computer with an internet connection. However, only Oracle Calendar has client software which can be installed onto a computer. Both JUMP and Oracle Calendar have the ability to synchronize with Outlook. Students can only use JUMP.

Oracle Calendar
The University of Manitoba has renewed the licensing of Oracle Calendar.

What is Oracle Calendar?
Oracle Calendar was formerly called Corporate Time. This is the scheduling program used by administrative staff members at the University.

Ways to Access Your Calendar
Webpage access
You can access your Oracle Calendar from any computer that has Internet Explorer or Firefox. Go to the address umanitoba.ca/ocalendar.

Desktop access
Oracle Calendar can be used on Macintosh or Windows computers.

Software to synchronize Oracle Calendar with Outlook 2003 or your Palm device is available from Software Express: umanitoba.ca/software. You could contact your container administrator if you want to use this software on your work computer and need help with the installation or configuration process.
