The Arthur V. Mauro Centre, in conjunction with Human Resources and Skills Development Canada (HRSDC) and the European Union’s Education, Audiovisual and Culture Executive Agency (EACEA) created an exciting opportunity for students interested in conflict resolution and peace-building, to travel and study in the United Kingdom, the Republic of Ireland, or Slovenia.
At the very heart of the Canadian-EU Conflict Analysis and Resolution Program was the mutual determination to deepen the understanding among students of conflict within Canada and the EU, and how it might best be managed by peaceful means.
