 Repairs were made to the kitchen stoves, grill, heating elements and controls.
 All-weather mats were replaced at high-traffic entrances.
 The Courtyard Restoration Project was completed ($20,000). The project was made possible thanks to a generous donation from Mr. James Temertey ($10,000) and thanks to generous donations from the Franko family (in memory of Natalia Stratychuk): Stefan Franko ($2,500), Dr. Roma Franko ($2,500), Roman & Alina Franko ($2,500), Ivan & Karen Franko ($2,500).
 Two safety hand rails were installed on the courtyard stairs.
 The condensate line for our heating system, from the College steam pit to the U of M main trunk, was excavated and repaired.
 The condensate returner pump for our heating system was replaced and the electrical controls upgraded.
 Two new computers and a colour printer were purchased for the main office, thanks to donations from the Order of St. Andrew Chapters from Yorkton and Canora.
 So as to accommodate larger group bookings this summer, we purchased ten mattress sets (we usually buy three or four sets each year for regular rotation of mattresses and so as not to have to buy 40 sets all in one year).
 Major cleaning of storage area was done and shelving units were purchased and installed to ensure more efficient use of space.
