Pediatric Rheumatologist
The Section of Pediatric Rheumatology, Department of Pediatrics & Child Health in the Faculty of Medicine, University of Manitoba, and the Winnipeg Regional Health Authority Child Health Program invite applications for a pediatric rheumatologist, commencing immediately. This will be a geographical full-time, contingent position at the rank of Assistant Professor or higher commensurate on qualifications and experience. The position encompasses inpatient and ambulatory patient care responsibility and requires individuals with clinical and teaching skills to further the aims of undergraduate and postgraduate teaching, research, and tertiary care medicine. Candidates must have senior specialty qualifications in Pediatrics in the country of current practice and must be eligible for registration with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Manitoba. Certification in Pediatric Rheumatology by the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada is preferred.
