New Software:

Bootstrapping with SAS - Statistics Canada has provided an updated boostrapping macro (Bootvar 3.2) for SAS, which allows greater flexibility in specifying the degrees of freedom for some surveys (e.g., the Canadian Health Measures Survey).

Boostrapping with STATA - A document has been produced which outlines how to apply bootstrap weights to Statistics Canada using the STATA software.
