Mission:
| The Internet Innovation Centre (IIC) promotes the cooperation, coordination and communication within and between academia, industry and government regarding the development of Internet applications and technologies at the University of Manitoba.
The Internet Innovation Centre is a focus for the array of interdisciplinary Internet-related research projects currently underway, or proposed, at the University of Manitoba. The Centre encourages collaborative interdisciplinary activities between researchers. The IIC offers an opportunity to work with internal and external communities as an innovations hub for the University and Manitoba's economy. |

While our researchers and graduate students can look to the Internet Innovation Centre as a resource for research development and support in establishing relationships with the external community.

we strive to be a leader in Canadian Internet Research.
Founded in 1996 the Internet Innovation Centre was one of the first research and development centres in Canada, to focus its activities solely on Internet applications and technologies.
