This workshop is dedicated to helping Chairs/Heads reflect together on the challenges, opportunities and responsibilities of this critical role in every university or college.

Workshop Objectives
To consider the dimensions and elements of academic leadership in the context of expectations of leaders, significant changes in academic environment and their impact on individuals and departments.
What you will take with you
Heads and Chairs will develop an understanding of the culture of a University/College and how to lead in times of change.
