Project Types
No two projects are the same - each one varies in size and complexity. The scope of the project will directly influence the schedule and budget.

Minor Capital (under $10,000)
Minor capital projects typically involve a single trade. Example: Painting of a room or an audio/visual upgrade.

Small Capital ($10,000 to $100,000)
The projects are typically designed in-house, and may involve more than one trade. Example: Installation of a shower station or a room renovation.

Medium Capital ($100,000 - $500,000)
Medium capital projects typically involve a Cross-Functional Team (CFT), comprised of designer(s), project Coordinator, trades, IST/AV, EHS, and others to fulfill the project requirements. Design is typically completed by external consultants. Example: Washroom upgrade or feasibility study.

Large Capital (over $500,000)
Projects of this magnitude are managed by AES, but require the professional services of external consultants. Example: Window replacements or new buildings.
