This web site has been provided to you by the maintenance department to allow you to electronically request maintenance repair work or other provided services and to later check on the status of your requests. This web site is used in conjunction with your email account as the maintenance department will email you the results of your search, or status updates of your requests.
There are three options available at this web site.
|Allows you to electronically submit a request for maintenance services, repair, etc. Get More Help|
|Allows you to receive a status update on a specific work request ID. If you don't know the ID use the next option. Get More Help|
|Allows you to receive status updates on work requests which match your search criteria. Get More Help|
By selecting one of the above options a data entry page, or form, appears in your web browser, You should enter as much information as possible for a new request, or the criteria you which to search for if checking on a prior request. This information is saved and sent to the maintenance department for automatic processing. The results of your submission will be emailed to the account you enter when completing these forms.
