Homestay is intended to help International students learn about Canadian culture in a home setting and allows Canadian families to learn about International students and their culture. Commitment is usually 4 months in the home and can be extended.

The ICS office also has an accommodation registry that students may use when looking for accommodation. The Accommodation advertisements listed here are placed either by international students or individuals interested in renting to, or sharing space with, international students.

The University of Winnipeg has some housing available for Bannaytne Campus students in McFeetors Hall.
