Bursary Application Form

 Residence Bursary Application Form

This bursary is to assist students of the University of Manitoba who are already living in Student Residences and require financial assistance to pay their residence fees.  This form needs to be completed, printed, and remitted to the Student Residences Administration Office located in the Arthur Mauro Residence.

The application deadline is December 22, 2016. Bursary applications will be reviewed as they are received and successful applicants will be notified accordingly. Funds will be awarded during the academic year only and will be applied to either the first or second term residence payment only. Annual funds are limited, so not all applicants demonstrating financial need, will be awarded with funds. Incomplete applications, and students from the International College of Manitoba (ICM) will not be eligible for bursary consideration.

Questions regarding the Student Residences Bursary can be directed to residence@umanitoba.ca.

Change of Address Form
If you're leaving residence for the summer, please let the Residence Admin Office know your new address by filling in the form below. You can drop it off at the AVM Residence Offices or email it to residence@umanitoba.ca.

You also must change your address online in Aurora Student to keep your academic file current. The Residence Office does not forward these forms to the Registrar's Office.

Credit Cards
Students, please view the new Credit Card Policy on the Fees and Payments Schedules page. We no longer provide a form that can be printed and submitted.

Cancellation Policy for Denial of a Student Visa

Due to the large number of students who make down-payments without having approved visas, we have implemented the following refund policy.
