DNAML update for Mac OSX users

DNAML : when a User-defined tree has a multifurcation (ie. a branch in which 3 or more  branches diverge from a single node, rather than the usual 2) DNAML 3.63 would crash. DNAML 3.69 fixes this problem. Thanks for Hamidreza Khazanehei for doing some detective work to help isolate this problem.

To install the new version of dnaml on your Mac:

1. Save the dnaml3.69 executable file in your $birch/bin-osx-x86_64 directory. This will overwrite the older version of dnaml.

2. Make sure that the file is executable by pasting the following command into a terminal window:

chmod a+rx $birch/bin-osx-x86_64/dnaml

The updated version of dnaml will be included in the upcoming BIRCH Release, 2.8.7.
