Changes to dates and deadlines

The following are the confirmed changes to the 2016-2017 academic calendar as approved by Senate, the governing body of the University.

The University will be closed from December 23 - January 2.

Please note that some professional programs have developed a different schedule suitable to the program; faculties will communicate those directly with the affected students.

* Classes affected by the strike will run concurrently with the exam period for continuing classes. In the event of a timetabling conflict alternative arrangements may be sought in consultation with faculty, college, or school office.

** Please see the updated exam schedule in Aurora through MyExams for any updates to the December exam schedule.

Remote or off-campus distance and online education exams for strike affected courses only will be rescheduled for the week of January 23.
