When the University of Manitoba decided to undertake the ROSE Program in 2009, the primary objective was to nurture a culture of positive change here on campus. By having faculty and staff embrace and encourage this transformation, we have been able to work together to provide more effective service and support to staff and students.
Over the course of this project I have witnessed our staff and faculty take on the program’s 29 initiatives with professionalism, collegiality and enthusiasm. The ongoing support of these initiatives is critically important to our university’s future and will have a positive impact that will be felt by students, staff and faculty for years to come.
