There is a lot of exciting work being done by many dedicated teams across our campuses. The Indigenous Connect newsletter is a place to bring regular updates from all corners of the U of M. Learn about the U of M’s supports for Indigenous students and examples of how they are working; find out about partnerships being made with communities; discover the research being done by our Indigenous faculty and students and how Indigenous knowledge is being shared on campus; and celebrate the successes of our First Nations, Métis and Inuit population.
The newsletter is an e-publication. To submit a suggestion or to subscribe, please email: firstname.lastname@example.org
We are looking for pictures (with captions/photo credits), short articles, student and alumni success stories, new staff/faculty announcements, upcoming events, scholarship opportunities, and other updates about U of M's Indigenous community for the September 2017 Indigenous Connect Newsletter.
Deadline for submissions is
August 1, 2017.
The newsletter is digital, so when possible please include links to more information (e.g. UM Today story, websites, etc.).
Please attach any pictures as separate files (JPEGs or PNGs).
