The University of Manitoba is looking for qualified candidates to be on call for casual and temporary office-related assignments. The duration of an assignment may range from several hours to a few weeks or months. Wage rates will be in accordance with Collective Agreement or University policy provisions. Job placements will be for both the Fort Garry and Bannatyne Campuses.
Qualified candidates will have training and working experience in some or all of the following areas: reception, data entry, MS Office Suite, bookkeeping, accounting, medical terminology, scientific terminology, filing, etc.

The University of Manitoba has recently implemented a new online application tool, called REACH - UM for applying to the Casual Pool. You will need to create an account within the tool and upload your resume along with two business references. A short questionaire which is provided will also need to be completed. The Casual Pool Coordinator will then provide your resume to units that are seeking temporary office staff that fit your qualifications and you will be contacted if something comes available that fits your qualifications.
