Leadership / Supervisory Supports

Leaders have tremendous influence, with positive or negative impacts. Yet people often are in leadership roles or supervisory positions because of their excellence in the technical area of focus, not necessarily because of leadership or supervisory experience or skills.

We want to celebrate the positive leadership influences and practices, clarify what excellence in leadership and in supervision looks like, and support continuous development.

We offer a number of resources, and welcome suggestions for others.
