We offer an annual program of sessions, open to all employees, changing somewhat from year to year. You will find programs in General Development, Leadership Development, Aurora Finance and Aurora Student information systems, and Environmental Health and Safety. Programs vary from lunch-and-learn sessions to 2 day workshops, from information about University of Manitoba policies to opportunity to strengthen your interviewing skills.

In most cases, these programs are free of charge to U of M employees, demonstrating Human Resources’ commitment to ongoing staff development and to equity of access. We encourage everyone to identify individual learning goals and to integrate session attendance into development plans.
