Check your email inbox for the It's About Us! Employee Experience Survey. The survey is being sent to a large cross-section of University of Manitoba employees. Find out more here!The stories we share with one another about what matters most to us in our working lives are important. It's in these stories that we find the themes and ideas that will help us continue to enhance our work environment at the University of Manitoba.
We invite you to share your thoughts by completing the online survey. There are only TWO questions. The purpose of this online survey is three-fold.
1. We would like to hear what you value about working at the U of M and what we need to improve.
2. Your feedback in this survey will be integrated with feedback gathered through one-on-one interviews and focus groups.
3. Information gathered through these processes will help in the construction of a draft framework and will guide the development of a more detailed survey for all employees. The data gathered from this second survey will further inform our action plan.
We hope to share the draft framework with you by the end of April.
