Federal Contractors Program Review

The University conducted an Employment Systems Review (ESR) as part of an Employment Equity Audit which was conducted by the Labour Program of Human Resources Skills Development Canada (HRSDC). As an employer receiving funding support, research and otherwise, from the federal government, the U of M is required by legislation to maintain an employment equity program.  The data provided in this report was provided to the Federal Government as part of the Federal Contractors Program (FCP) review.
