On-Call Casual & Temporary Office Assignments

The University of Manitoba is looking for qualified candidates to be on call for casual and temporary office-related assignments. The duration of an assignment may range from several hours to a few weeks or months. Wage rates will be in accordance with Collective Agreement or University policy provisions. Job placements will be for both the Fort Garry and Bannatyne Campuses.

Qualified candidates will have training and working experience in some or all of the following areas: word processing using personal computers (IBM compatible, Macintosh), computer software such as WordPerfect, MS Word for Windows, Excel and Access, data entry bookkeeping, accounting, medical terminology, scientific terminology, reception, telephones, dictaphone, filing, etc.
