Unit Expert Training

What is Unit Expert Training?

Employees who are designated as the travel system experts for their department/unit will attend a Claimant training session, as well as attend a 3 hour Unit Expert class.  The Unit Expert class will be hands-on and go in-depth into expense claiming processes.  Attendees will run through a variety of scenarios with the system and will be asked to bring along some previously submitted travel claims for practice.  Unit Experts are expected to become the support resources for their areas.
