CURRENCY CONVERTER

When a transaction is incurred in a currency other than the home currency of Canada, the Currency Converter is used to convert the actual Canadian dollars to be paid based on the date the transaction occurred.

The University of Manitoba US Exchange Rates:
US DOLLAR EXCHANGE RATE in effect as of April 2nd, 2012.

Currently the Bank Sell Rate for US Funds is 2%.  The Bank Sell Rate is the rate used by Accounts Payable for U S Expenditures

Currently the Bank Buy Rate for US Funds is -2%.  The Bank Buy Rate is the rate used to buy U S dollars from customers (ie. the deposit rate)
