Mission Statement

The collection, receipting and timely deposit of student fees, general accounts receivable, COPSE and other grants and miscellaneous receipts. Maintaining the University’s capital equipment inventory control system, the billing system for general accounts receivable, inter-departmental charges and the integrity of the general ledger. Accounting for major capital projects, equipment, renovations and betterments in accordance with GAAP. Ensuring that operating and capital fund revenues are accounted for in accordance with GAAP. Providing advice to academic and other administrative units on various issues relating to revenues and capital projects and information to students relating to fee payments as well as problem resolution.
