|
PLOT: Shirley Holmes is a keen observer and like her great uncle, the famed Sherlock Holmes, she's a successful sleuth. In the "Case of the Celestial Signal," her friend Bart's belief in aliens is about to be validated when SETI Institute lab instruments start detecting signals. Then Bart's boss and mentor Dr. O'Henry suddenly fires him and disappears, leaving Shirley and her friend Bo to find the answers. WHO'S IN IT: Meredith Henderson, John White III, Blair Slater II UofM CONNECTION: The high-tech aesthetic of the Wallace building enables it to double for the SETI Institute. The line producer, Richard O'Brien-Moran, is from the U of M's film program and Norma Bailey, the producer, is a U of M graduate. |
